Chelsea, London based fine jewellery brand, Kiki McDonough is recognised as one of the UK’s destinations for coloured gemstone jewellery.

Challenge

Approaching its 40th anniversary, the founder, Kiki McDonough wanted to refine the brand proposition, have a deeper understanding of customer segmentations and create a new omni channel marketing strategy to accelerate sales and attract new customers.

Solution

Following a marketing review Elizabeth developed a new brand value proposition, together with a customer-centric marketing strategy to guide the brand’s branding, advertising campaigns, tone of voice strategy. This also included development of a new advertising campaign and a visual identity re appraisal to align all customer touchpoints.
