Elizabeth was tasked with leading a brand strategy overhaul for retail behemoth Signet’s UK jewellery and watch retailer, Ernest Jones.
Challenge
The goal was to enhance the customer journey and create a clearly differentiated proposition as one of the UK’s favourite high street jewellery and watch retailers.
Solution
Elizabeth led the development of a new brand value proposition to accelerate sales and attract new customer segments. This approach informed the launch of a fresh new flagship store concept designed to elevate the jewellers shopping experience and inform all brand activities that was shortlisted for 'Store Design of the Year'.
Elizabeth and the team also delivered a new Christmas marketing campaign which won the Digital Media Cinema Awards 2022, BAFTA.
